I've never seen anything like this IRL... can you explain what is happening? I mean obviously there's niggers and whores... but even the "normal looking" people seem to be completely fucked up. I realize drugs but just wtf...

Yeah - drugs, homeless. Cities that decriminalize everything, so the drug use is done out in the open. Theft is decriminalized, so robberies are extraordinarily common. public urination snd defecation are decriminalized, so streets are literally covered in shit.
