That's literally the entire point, man... But, yeah, you also take for granted how science works. You take for granted that people you've never met are alive or have a house, a car, wear pants or have nipples. You also take other people's word that your dollars are worth money, that the Earth is round, that Mercury is real and hot, that you eat chicken and not human meat, that there are worms in the dirt in your backyard, that your dog isn't an alien.
But, sure, go ahead and discount things I say because you "have a feeling I'm wrong". Schrodinger ruined everything.
