I'm not sure I'm on board with that. What he did was childish but excusable. He should have to clean desks or some minor punishment after school for a week or so. He's already been charged with three crimes including simple assault.
I've heard rumors that the school banned the display of US flags on student clothing and on their vehicles. Then this faggot came in wearing a much more offensive flag.
