Malco for performance, Irwin and Craftsman for the price.
Oddly enough Knipex weren't that great in this one.
Malco Eagle Grips are made in the USA at the old Irwin facility using new tooling. Those Irwins are pretty good because they still use the old tooling now located in China.

Yeah I went into detail in other posts, but Project farm reminded me of a few other quality American brands. I bought some Klein diagonal cutters instead of Channel Locks for that reason.
And I'll admit that I've bought a few cheap Irwin items for the family to use while my personal toolbox is America first. Channel Lock, Klein, Ridgid, & Estwing for starters.
