Soldiers don't want to know or understand why they are being told to fight, they just need to the tools, supplies and be told where to fight. The generals are the ones that understand why everything is done the way it's done.

I think that's the main problem society noone questions "why". People get told something like "Hitler is bad man" and everyone is just okay with that. If people knew why he did what he did... Then we probably wouldn't have this problem..
