HIV doesn't cause AIDS, the HIV tests are BS. Once you have an HIV positive diagnosis you are put on drugs that have side effects that are indecipherable from AIDS.
It's definitely also caused by gay sex, whether or not there is a virus involved.

Why did people get AIDS before there were any HIV drugs?
Because immune system problems can be caused by a number of things. For instance, gay men who constantly engage in anal sex (semen in your anus causes immune problems even according to mainstream science), constantly get STDs, constantly treat those STDs with various drugs, and do party drugs like "poppers" will end up with immune problems. That's why most of the initial cases were in gay men who had had sex with literally hundreds or thousands of men. Intravenous drug users can also have immune problems when they inject adulterated drugs into their veins. People who repeatedly get blood transfusions can end up with immune problems for the same reason that organ transplant recipients can.
My claim is not that all immune problems in AIDS patients were caused by AIDS drugs, but if a healthy person is falsely given an HIV positive diagnosis they will be given drugs that are toxic and will induce AIDS like symptoms.
AIDS is a broad set of symptoms caused by a compromised immune system. Gay men have “aids” because they are walking Petri dishes.
