Because immune system problems can be caused by a number of things. For instance, gay men who constantly engage in anal sex (semen in your anus causes immune problems even according to mainstream science), constantly get STDs, constantly treat those STDs with various drugs, and do party drugs like "poppers" will end up with immune problems. That's why most of the initial cases were in gay men who had had sex with literally hundreds or thousands of men. Intravenous drug users can also have immune problems when they inject adulterated drugs into their veins. People who repeatedly get blood transfusions can end up with immune problems for the same reason that organ transplant recipients can.
My claim is not that all immune problems in AIDS patients were caused by AIDS drugs, but if a healthy person is falsely given an HIV positive diagnosis they will be given drugs that are toxic and will induce AIDS like symptoms.
Ok still doesn't explain all the Africans with HIV. They mostly have unsafe heterosexual sex and cannot afford a bunch of drugs etc..
I have to explain to you why Africans have immune problems? The starving, dirty-water drinking, filth-inhabiting Africans that are given HIV diagnoses largely based on symptoms like diarrhea are "testing positive" for HIV because it's a good racket for certain companies to make money getting paid by international organizations to send AIDS drugs to Africa.
