Nice way to dodge the questions. Incredulity alert. Maybe actually read the process involved in fluoridated water, how it was decided when and where, and the final findings of the data after decades long research. Again site your claim or your claim is dismissed.

You're examples are a red herring fallacy, I didn't ask about that, I pointed out that it was voted on. That can't be disputed, and less than 10% was against it in the initial trials and dozens of these morons started calling in with "issues caused by the flouride" BEFORE it was even introduced.

And then how do we make decisions on public health? Only from sources you like?

Why do you insist on medicating water, why fluoride out of all possibilities. Why not lithium, vitamins, calcium. Why is it so important to you that you ingest fluoride. Cause it helps muh teeth science says so. Science is bought and corrupted like every other god damn institution.

You're own incredulity and inability to research anything that doesn't conform to your interpretation of reality. But if you did 2 minutes of searching it is because flouride was a naturally occurring element in some areas groundwater. It's just there. No "they" adding it. And there was trend that was noticed that people from these ares showed significantly less Tooth decay vs areas with out it. So there was the observation. Then they tested the water sources to see what's the difference? Flouride. So they tested what flouride does in the body. Chemical reaction to form flouroapetite which is a hard mineralization compound STRONGER than calcium and would bone to tooth enamel. Then came experiment. One city got a regulated amount of flouride. The control: the rest of the areas of the country that didn't have flouride. This went in for 2 decades. Do I really need to explain the scientific method? Did you not pay attention in middle school science?

Just because people didnt know about it or have access yo information about flouride 70 years ago when it was ‘voted’ on doesnt mean we all have to drink the poison. Fuck you for being a insidious malicious retard. No one should be allowed to dump manufacturing byproducts, normally labeled as toxic waste, into our water supply.

To bad it is not toxic and has been demonstrated to have major benefits to Tooth enamel as well as bone strength. You got any sources, peer reviewed studies, anything to back up you assertions?

You claim it's a toxic byproduct and poison. Citation required.

Its great if you want to be retarded. I haven’t had a cavity for 20 years, coincidentally also the amount of time I havent used flouride toothpaste.

If you want to prove to yourself that its not toxic, go to the store, buy 6 tubes, 3 with flouride and 3 without. First eat all the paste in the tubes of non fluoridated paste. Wait 24 hours. Next, eat all the tubes of flouridated paste. Report back with your findings.

Do you think there was any propaganda used to convince people to vote a certain way?

They showed the data that people, particularly children, who had well water with naturally occurring fluoride had significantly less tooth decay than people who did not have the naturally occurring fluoride in their water supply. That's called the observation portion of the scientific method. Then they formed the hypothesis based on that observation. I wouldn't call that propaganda.

I believe the natural occuring flouride is calcium fluoride and can be beneficial whereas what is put into the water supply is sodium fluoride, a neurotoxin and byproduct of aluminum manufacturing.

Also, let's say fluoride in the water is beneficial. What's the proper dosage? Fluorosis is a potential issue. How much is too much? Why do we need it in our toothpaste and oral care products too? Why does a tube of toothpaste say to contact poison control if you injest it but its ok to drink?

It's not appropriate to dispense medication to the public without dosing it for body weight etc especially when we receive fluoride in oral care products, during dental cleanings, and in our food supply which was produced with fluoridated water.
