From a quick look, however, he's comparing Jews with Asians. Both groups have very different intelligence profiles. The Asians are high on non-verbal intelligence (visual-spatial) and average on verbal intelligence. Jews are allegedly exactly the opposite, high on verbal intelligence (lying, twisting & cheating) and very average on visual-spatial. Obviously the Asians will outperform them in things like engineering.
He addresses that. There was a general survey that relied on verbal intelligence, Jews scored 109 but whites scored 104. And since they are generally overscored on verbal, while whites in general are more balanced, this would put their IQ right at the white average.
And fwiw, I think Kevin MacDonald did say they have ultra high IQ in his earliest book, A People that Shall Dwell Alone. I don't have time to look up what he's said about it more recently.
