Shit tier.

1) The potatoes are only cooked once. Caveman style. Unless you are baking them for an hour, you need to parcook potatoes and then crisp them. Should have steamed these for 10-15 min before going in the hot pan.

2) Veg oil belongs in motors, not people. You can't make "tastiest potatoes" without duck fat. Maybe goose fat. But absolutely some kind of poultry fat. Even bacon grease would have been a marked improvement.

3) Garlic should be pulverized, not just rough chopped like that.

4) Smoked paprika.

5) Finish off the heat with a cold pat of butter (like a pan sauce) and some chopped herbs like chives and fresh cracked pepper.

What if you use salo instead of vegetable oil.
