Well god damn i would do the same but i have no idea what white man food is classified as...the ones i know pretty much love ribs and brisket slow smoked over some Mesquite wood but i'm from Texas and thats an every weekend thing.

Had my ribs yesterday, no sauce, if you cook it CORRECTLY you don't need sauce... that's as White as it gets.
