considering how california has had a huge history of power blackouts it is so funny seeing them salivate over electric vehicles

It's irrational until they start using Nuclear or Hydrogen power plants. Then they'll ration out our energy to us at whatever price they deem just like they did oil. Anything moving to electronic is being moved there in order to put control mechanisms in place.
