Idk man, the precise, quick turns this thing is able to make really eliminates a lot of the weaknesses of the attack helicopter. Typically firing at it from the side or rear is the best option (because the pilot isn't looking directly at you with its guns trained in your general direction), but if you miss and the pilot is able to determine you took a shot at it from behind, that thing can probably swing around on your ass before you can get out of sight.

Well I'm no attack helicopter expert, but I would say if someone is firing at you from your left, right or behind, you are already dead. And way too far into enemy lines to be effective or safe. But yes, I guess if they miss, you can swing around quickly, locate enemy, acquire target and lock on, fire, and then blow up.
