Ahh, I assumed there were more people behind it to keep it afloat than just him. Fuck man, I would love to revitalize it. If I just had enough money for some land I would let people move there for free as long as they proved themselves. Could get an almost commune style thing going where we build everything together and share equal profits from community created things.
