That's not zuck tracking it. That's rumble tracking how effective their facebook campaign is. The only way that facebook could track that url is if rumble was communicating back to facebook on server side or if on client side there was a script from facebook that reads window.location and then AJAX's back to facebook.
Facebook can't track shit unless rumble is participating.
