This has nothing to so with this man being a police officer. It's just child abuse by someone who can't control his temper. It could have been done by any one in any profession.

Except that the government gave this particular "profession" a license to kill and get away with it. In this case, if someone without his connections had done what he did, they'd get a damn sight more than the mandatory minimum for a single Assault charge.
