But, when you are discussing technical issues it's important to have a grasp on some basic terminology in order to communicate properly. In this instance, they do use the term 'sterile' within the context of traditional vaccines that deploy an altered version of the organism in order to train your immune system memory. You effectively become sterile to the active version ofthe organism.
