I have proof that at least some of these glow; my best theory from over 1.5 years of data Ive collected is that they (langley inst, Army NRO, JPL) will scout out the best places to start fires using RU-21As, and then they (usually) send a mind control peon out to start it some weeks after they collect the geodata on the area.

Unknown. And it isnt necessarily crop fields either.. Sometimes its a very obscure location in n. California forest, one of them was north of Flagstaff Az, some of them were national forests near LA. Could be suckling federal funding, could be to depopulate certain areas, maybe just to make people crazy and blame "climate change" maybe all of the above
