"Under the Texas Penal Code, a Criminal Trespass conviction is by default a Class B misdemeanor. But if the alleged offense occurs in an agricultural area within 100 feet of the boundary or in a residential area within 100 feet of a freshwater river or stream, the misdemeanor is dropped to a Class C misdemeanor."
