EDIT: also you’re a Texan? I want to love with my wife out there but want to stay away from illegals and lefties. Is Dallas (southlake) a good area? Or would you recommend somewhere else?
Most big cities in Texas have been swamped with libs,nigs,and spics, the first 2 you have to worry about the most, if you plan on visiting the further you can stay away from the city the better, stay alert and be aware of your surroundings.

Southlake is very expensive, but nice. It has an atypically large street shitter population, but they are all of the wealthy doctor sort. I bet the rec center in southlake is one of the top Indian marriage/party locations, but they place is still mostly white. There are lots of good areas in the DFW area. If you go west of fort worth into parker county, it is all white, full of new houses around 400k on acreage. If you go west down 114 you run into semi rural white areas just past I35. Northlake, westlake, southlake and all the cities in those areas are pretty white. Grapevine is pretty white as well. Homes there will run 300k and up mostly. Southlake school district was recently in the news for being racists, letting students be racists and voting out CRT, thus being called racist.

Love Southlake. One of the more expensive places in the DFW area, there are plenty of areas around it in little towns etc. that are much less expensive and within driving distance of Southlake. Housing market down there is the worst it’s been in decades. Everyone I know buying a house down here for, say, 400,000 is paying 500,000 with 100,000 in cash because the bank won’t support a loan that far over the value of the home.
I watch those houses in our area went from a 250,000 value to selling for 375,000 over the last year, year and a half. It’s absolutely bonkers down here in most areas. Not every area. But many.
Damn. Ya I want to buy a house because hard assets what you want as inflation rises like crazy and the dollar goes to shit.
But damn.
