50 yards is a standard range popos practice their pistols with. I've practiced with them and it's not too hard to make a 1 -1.5 inch grouping with 6 shots of you use the right trigger pressure with a firearm you like. Closer with more practice

Fifty yards is a long distance for combat shooting. Ones I'm familiar with work from 7 to 25 yards.

I've tried .45s at 50y and with enough hold over it's possible to group on a paper plate. Cop held over a bit much for center of mass, still good effect. He should get a Saint Gabriel Possenti medal.

Sounds like you haven't been to AZ, Texas, or a police range.

Or maybe you don't have intelligence enough to use logic to switch over to a rifle range if your local range doesn't have a 50 under the label "pistol range"

That's pretty impressive considering that a typical reflex red dot will cover 2 inches at 50 yards. How do you group inside the red dot? The iron sights are even worse.

1 inch grouping at 150 ft with a pistol?!? If it's so common and easy, why don't you show us a YouTube video of one of all the numerous people who do this all the time. There must be a ton of examples, it being so easy and common and all.

Behuvius is a shit-talking fag…1 - 1.5 inch group at 50yds (6 rds) is beyond the inherent accuracy of most pistols, even if they are shot from a ransom rest (basically a pistol vise).

I don't own any guns, sadly. (New Jersey) But I could hit a target at 50 yards with my bow if I put some effort in.
