South Africa is a white country that white people willingly allowed blacks to have a vote in. The white and brown people would have been better off balkanizing the country like what was done in Yugoslavia. They should have all been separated racially.
I could see the white and brown regions working together to improve their individual lot by working together frankly speaking.
This seems like a prime opportunity to divide the country along racial lines.
South Africa was forced to give blacks the cote in the 1980's when Jews organized the world to economically blockad South Africa. Usa media and hollywood had a huge part in that.
South Africa WAS essentially two nations APART. Hence the term APARTHEID. Blacks should never have had a say in the government of the nation that wasn't theirs. Blacks went into South Africa to work. Their own areas which was their own nation always remained In squalor because pure African blacks don't have the capability to create a society. Blacks like Nlson Mandele were TERRORISTS who bombed South Africa in an attempt to take over control of the country that wasn't theirs.
I have no quarrel with your characterization. I'm only saying that whites should not have agreed to power sharing.
They should only have agreed to partitioning the whole of South Africa. Have a clear demarcation of white, brown, black regions.

Also a lot had to do with South Africa supplying Israel with atomic bombs as uranium according to some documentary I once saw. When South Africa ran out of uranium they were put under world sanctions and targeted for destruction by work Jews.
