Not just minority. The very affluent areas have all types of people BUT they all have one thing in common, whether by money or debt they can afford those neighborhoods. Do they go there? No, they go to the people who literally might not even be able to afford a doctors visit. I see what they've done there. Shame shame, everyone knows their name.
