It is NOT TRUE after Dec 2020. I saw the posted CDC special page put up announcing a pure isolate sample available in Dec 2020 to researchers.
For a very long time, for months, OP video was correct that that no SARS-2 actual isolate, unique to itself and uncontaminated existed in any lab.
CDC did not think it a important priority as they had a full sequence of its single RNA strand in a computer file, digitally stitched together using fragment overlap computation puzzle piece joining, patterned after SARS-1 + HIV.
Then, quietly, many many months later, in Dec 2020 the CDC after being mocked by this fact (no virus isolated ever for a year), announced the virus was isolated in a proper sample.
Then the CDC in Dec 2020 cited a backdated paper from June 2020.
The paper was merely the long procedure used to isolate any virus, but specifically the one used for SARS-2 sample isolate that matched the virtual computer virus being modeled and studied.
