Acorn trick. Get a net bag and put them in your toilet tank.. it will rinse the tanin out and make them taste good.. rivers work as well but for sure need to clean them good after wards in both scenarios

Haha I never thought about using the toilet tank! That's a good place to store a fifth of whisky if you want to make your toilet low flow and hide your alcoholism.
