I feel sad for her. She clearly did it accidentally, and then started panicking and acting histerical for o reason. That dude could've handled it a lot better l, but he's exacerbating it for the lulz pushing the girl to dig even a bigger hole for herself.
The video starts in progress with a guy boxing her into a spot, filming her, saying she committed a felony, and that it was her 'last chance.' Her panic isn't that out of place. If someone boxed me into a corner and started filming me I would snap.

If she claimed she got in an accident but then the other driver was being too aggressive and she didn't feel safe staying on the side of the road so she pulled into a gas station to assess the damage and call for help I for one wouldn't find her at fault for anything. The guy should have taken the plates and called the cops not try to chase and box her in.
I would have grabbed his phone smashed the fuck out of it and gave him a glass enema.....but that's only if I snapped.
