Considering it’s a pistol whose slide stays in place while the bolt moves, 90% it’s a ruger 4. Only common gun that operates that way, and almost exclusively for Olympic one handed precision shooting.
It's a damn fun plinker, that's for sure.
A couple of weeks ago, I was camping up in the mountains. There's a place I know that isn't an "official" campground, but has a few dispersed sites that you can just sit your ass down and camp for free for a couple of weeks. The nearest other "camp" was over 100 meters away. Nice quiet place.
Anyway, up there was an Australian dude. So, we got to talking and he said he never had held a gun in his life. So, I was like, "Fuck that! This is 'Murica!".
So, I broke out the Ruger Mark IV, and I shot the fucker.
No, just kidding. Guy knows how to shoot a .22 now. It was a good time.
