This is how police get hated

Most of my life I've only encountered good well meaning officers. Most of my life. However, the police of Rackerby Ca. are utterly corrupt as is the judge of that county, the prosecutors and the public defenders. They all work together to railroad innocent people into plea bargains even when they know for a fact there id no evidence. I was charged with two felonies and both times I stood up to them and had the charges thrown out. At all times I remained calm, did not resist and worked their own system to protect myself. Who was most pissed off I got the charges tossed out of court? The public defenders. They are not your friend.

When I had long hair a cop pulled me over, stuck his face in mine, and said he smelled marijuana. I got pissed and shouted at him "no you don't. I haven't smoked weed in years!". He stepped back, looked at me, and wrote me a ticket for having a tail light out. Real crime fighter there.

Do not talk to the police. DO NOT. If they want to administer a field sobriety test and it's windy, cold, raining, hot out: you already won. Check out DUIguy on kiketube for info.

When I was like 19, had a DUI case dismissed because the judge didn't know what a benzodiazepine is.. Lawyer and myself were both a little shocked about that outcome.

In Texas, DUI and DWI are different crimes. One (I forget which) requires no proof of intoxication -- the officer just says you were impaired and you can fight it in court. Which is why you demand a field sobriety test on video. The other requires the evidence, so should only be charged if you are tested, which is why you demand a blood test. Of course, any amount of cannabinoid metabolites makes you guilty.

DUI would be drugs. You could be found guilty if you took any amount of any sort of medication or even ate something with poppy seeds. Cough syrup could get you busted.

Not strictly. IIRC from "alcohol awareness" class and unless it's changed. DWI is strictly testing over a threshold for alcohol. DUI is all other allegations of impairment.

What I'm saying is: you could test at .01 for alcohol and still be charged with impairment.

"Are you sure officer? Have you done all the procedures? It would look bad if you arrest me when I have no toxins in my blood, but you did the procedures incorrectly. Kinda sucks to be a police officer these days, but you're making a mistake."

Bad things happen to keep society safe. it's a necessary evil. If a nigger gets inconvenienced every once in a while it's a small price to pay. When the test comes back negative they walk. No harm done. Have a downvote
