Not quite. They haven't advanced to rocks yet. That stone fort in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) was built by Arab slave traders as a holding pen. Their new Chinese masters won't be so kind as the Arab slave traders. China needs more space and resources, and a goodenated Africa is probably their long long term plan. Sorta like whites in North America.
