Not quite. They haven't advanced to rocks yet. That stone fort in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) was built by Arab slave traders as a holding pen. Their new Chinese masters won't be so kind as the Arab slave traders. China needs more space and resources, and a goodenated Africa is probably their long long term plan. Sorta like whites in North America.

It's fun to make fun of blacks as incompetent but in exchange for giving Africa to China, China is taking in millions of blacks to their country. There are some cities in China with 500,000 blacks and they are mixing with Chinese. Many Chinese women prefer blacks over Chinese men, especially American blacks, as most Chinese women only care about one thing - money.
