I remember this. It was contracted out to haul US military vehicles, APCs I think. Anyway, they weren't properly secured and rolled back during take off. The massive load shift changed the center of gravity and forced the plane into a stall. There was nothing the pilots could do aside from prechecking the cargo beforehand.
