Its super tedious but it can be taught to others and scaled up. The short of it is that every person has their one issue. You need to get them talking and when they inevitably get to their issue that they can be transitioned on you need to be smart enough to see it and capable and knowledgeable enough to seize on it. Because that one issue is your in. You need to be able to challenge the position socratically without developing a contentious dialogue and when the time is right present the viable alternative. If you can break them on that issue then the entire belief system can be compromised and reset. The major problem is that this takes significant effort and time so it is best to use it targeted. If you can influence a group or individual leaders of groups then the message will disseminate itself organically and do the work for you. But that is tricky to do and above your pay grade; don't try it until you know you can win it, otherwise you will destroy your reputation with that group and impacting any one individual going forward will become much more difficult...
