It means that we can actually get black and brown people to fight for us and get them to protect us and our lands if we get the framing and economics of wealth distribution right. My current take on what the frame would be the same frame that Tolkein has for the Elves -- relatively immortal, fair that walk softly with a large spear and a powerful army behind them.
The human mind works differently in the different human species, but, they are all understandable. If we get the balance right, we can get our enemies to fight on our behalf.
