5 years for armed robbery? 5!?!?!?! Ought to be mandatory 25 years for first offense, without parole. Life, for repeat offenders. They literally pointed a pistol at an innocent man, instantly putting his life in danger, even if they "didn't intend on firing it." We have so much damn crime because we coddle criminals.
