It can help some, go in there young enough and you'll think fuck that I'm not turning into them. I was court ordered for some dumb shit, wasn't a druggie or a drunk but did some criminal mischief while drunk ended going through drug court. I was so out of place and everyone knew it. But I did learn from it. Never really partied as hard since, actually sober most of the time. Like 8 months now still have booze just no interest
