That was hilarious, he runs up to the cops thinking that telling on the guy for possibly having his address, while he is in a public space, was breaking the law somehow. He was so butthurt, ran away real fast, lol.

In my opinion, the locality shouldn't be liable if they trespass someone on the orders of a Postal Service adviser. It should be handled as if it was any other business that was having you ordered off the property. The Postal Service and/or the employee who signed the trespass complaint should be liable. On the other hand the police shouldn't be trying to get someone out of a property without a formal trespass.

He doesn't to my knowledge, but a news report about it said that soon after that incident, his lawyer met with the county's lawyer and the county offered him $9500 to not pursue the case further and he accepted.
