Yeah, I don't think spitting on somebody is just an act. It's an assault. It's only natural the dad got furious. On the other hand, the dad and the kiddo might've been in on the act. Wrestling is one big performance, after all.

It's an act. The dad had a dumb reaction. The wrestler, my guess, accidentally spat on the girl's arm. He was just trying to spit in disgust but accidentally hit her arm. He was playing a bad guy. They do this all the time in pro-wrestling. It was not an attack. It was a kinda stupid idea that missed the mark.
