I'm sorry, I can't tell if it might be one of those for sure and I don't know what it is from or the context. might know more about it as they posted it, or they might not. There does seem to be quite an active group of people around the world who assemble collections of clips and pictures of anime girls saying "nigger" or "nigga" though, so maybe she actually is saying "nigga" and not something that sounds like it.

Probably one of those cats that will do that if you scratch the base of their tail. It's likely being done by the lap guy, conveniently out of the frame.
