Mostly intersting and accurate. There is a huge problem with the doc: * It talks about propaganda from the perspective of a propagandist that doesn't understand evolutionary psychology and therefore missess a whole list of techniques and doesn't properly categorize what it does get right. * It also doesn't really contextualize the propaganda techniques from an evolutionary psychology perpsective, meaning, everything is propaganda, every person produces and consumes propaganda every day. For example, even your clothing is propaganda. You don't choose your clothing becaue it is comfortable, you choose your clothing because it is a costume that you use as a signaling device to tell everyone around you what class and what groups you are allied with. If you want to test it out, print out a swastika arm band and wear that for a block and see what happens. Everything is porpaganda, or really we should just say messaging. Propganda is just messaging you don't like. If you watch the doc and just watch all the dancing nurse clips, it's really interesting to think that: * Each of the nurses is lying every day to all of the nurses they are dancing in those pictures. * Each of those nurses are lying to them selves as well, you can't tell a good lie if you don't believe one your self * Each of those nurses are absolutely DESPERATE to fit in and NOT BE LEFT OUT. Just watch the body language. They will do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to not be left out of the social group and become the outcast.
