don't even need that, just hold them accountable and have blind trials. None of these would have their freedom if they were held to the same standards as decent people. I also think that violent crimes that are cut and dry (so omitting things that are "he said she said") should result in exile. There is no reason an armed carjacker should ever live in polite society again, but right now they are released within 24 hours.
