Personally, I don't buy into the blacks are bad BS. I suspect that its been the decimation of the black families by government leftists (possibly with the intent of creating another race war). Look back to the Pruit-Igoe housing complex where they allowed black single mothers to stay for free, thus encouraging mothers to reject their their black husbands to live in nice apartments, causing black youths to grow up without fathers. The welfare system tends to favor blacks which keeps a perpetual addiction to handouts and no incentive to be self reliant.
I'd wager that there are more examples where government handouts under the guise of helping poor blacks caused more families disruptions that lead to black men not having role models needed to give young black men the needed socialization to stay out of crime.
So, the whole "backs are inferior" is BS. Provide a path to self reliance (out of welfare) and stop the destruction of the black families. Otherwise, America falls because of stupid racial divisions (which I believe is being artificially created by Marxists).

Or have never actually dealt with a nigger. I have, I know plenty of black people, some of the most ghetto blacks are actually decent people, they'll even respect you. Some won't, no matter what, but that kind of goes for a lot of people. Just from my personal experience black people tend to fall more in that "nigger" category. People think I'm racist, but I'm not, if I get bad vibes from you I won't deal with you, and you know what, if I analyze who I do business with, I'm inclusive enough, about 13% of my customers are black, and I like to keep it that way.
Provide a path to self-reliance
Really? So even for self-reliance someone else has to provide them a path? Going from reliance on outside entities to self-reliance is as simple as choosing to find work. If some entity is imposing their will on someone else to be self-reliant, that's forced self-reliance a.k.a. SLAVERY.
I hope you're taking up the opposition to elicit good arguments. Blacks aren't exactly inferior, they, like all species, are suited for a particular environment, theirs being one with lots of sunlight and little need for planning ahead, thus a low level of civilization. Like any species, if you put it in a foreign environment, it doesn't manage well, and can disrupt the local habitat greatly.
And you are correct about all the things done to make it far worse for them, under the guise of helping them. Politicians are the worst, despite claiming to be the most compassionate. A hardened racist ends up treating them more compassionately than these people, in terms of outcome.
