I wasn't sure if it was satire or not.

He talks about how america had bad numbers because if his horribly Trump handled things then said that Europe has just as bad numbers when you account for population but that they handled it well.

Then he blames their poor vaccination rate on fragmented governance. He wants a dictatorship.
