That's a good explanation, and would help make sense of using HCQ for autoimmune diseases, helping the body's immune system with the HCQ dose, and not 'killing' anything in the person with the immune disorder (example, using HCQ to reduce inflammation, pain and damage from arthritis).

You'd probably be interested in this episode of a podcast I listen to: https://www.crrow777radio.com/320-fermented-food-is-alchemy-in-action-and-life-force-nutrition-free/
That's the first free hour but it full of good info. It's actually specifically about fermentation, but the guest is a woman who suffered from some pretty bad autoimmune stuff and ended up curing herself with fermented food and eventually realized we're being lied to about what auto-immune ailments even are. She talks about it in good detail at the very beginning of the show.
I make my own kraut occasionally, pretty easy to do, but haven't fermented anything else except trying garlic by putting it in the bottom of the kraut jar but they need a whole lot more time than the kraut. I'll check out the podcast, that'd be great if it has curative effects
