I have a friend who has had two miscarriages now since she took the shot. She's a paramedic so subject took it super early on. Neither her, her husband, or her OB will consider the possibility that the events are related.
Every time I see a story like this I comment "congratulations on your sterility!". Fucking morons get what they deserve. It's harsh, and it's heartbreaking, but fuck it. We warned these people, and instead of standing up and fighting they surrendered. Now they have to pay the price.
I feel the same but it's still gut wrenching to watch it happen to people you care about. Like watching a fatal car wreck in slow motion. There's nothing constructive left to say once it's done.

First time trying? Miscarriage is very common at least once and on the very first tries. She might just need progesterone supplements.
