Some ham made the right call, walked into a hospital and told the doctors that he wasn't going to eat for some determinate I'm not sure and he wants them to watch his health and vitals etc. The only thing he "ate" were things necessary that may come with a few individual calories, like nutrients etc. (nutrients outside of the food they generally go with, so like a supplement of some sort) He did it for like a few hundred days and dropped quite a bit of weight.
