How about telling us the reason why just one of the inmates is there. You are worried about the inmate. How about the 7 year old he killed in a drive-by. The 4 year old he raped. The person he shot for his shoes. The people who died when he set the building on fire. These are not innocent men being persecuted. These are the worst of the dregs of society and a prison cell is more than they deserve.
