Do not conflate Marxism and National Socialism. They are polar opposites.

National Socialism promotes health of the individual, self-sufficiency, advancement, meritocracy, and so on. This is evidenced by the NatSocs of 1933 DE-regulating guns, because they wanted to empower the native Germans.
