Yeah I raised my max bench press to 215lbs I'm only 142lbs and 5'7. My testosterone levels are higher than at my last check up and I'm pushing 40.

I actually had lower testosterone in my early 30s along with diabetes. Along with weighing over 200lbs. Divorce can really fuck you up, especially if you almost lose your kid in the process.
