Nice try, but the craft in the video is not using scramjets, doesn't have wings and the X43 can't cloak visible light. The craft also moved in ways that defy our ability to control the physics of flight characteristics such as rapidly matching the speed of the airplane from a much higher speed and maneuvering sharply off its flight trajectory. No human made craft can do these things. The ufo in the video is pure CGI.
