The thing with Projecy Bluebeam to me is that it was something I memory-holed long ago with shit likes of Time-Cube. Lots of anecdotal writing and very little if any sourced documentation. I failed to see the correlation between it and the modern trend of people talking about UFO psyops until after I wrote my reply to you.
